Cathleen O'Brien is the 25 year old writer and (sometimes sloppy) editor of this blog. Cathleen has always had a slight obsession with the written word. When she was a child, her parents and sister spent hours writing down her endless fictional stories. As she grew up, Cathleen learned that she not only had trouble keeping her proverbial pen off paper, she could not keep her mouth shut either, thus, Trying to Write, Love, and Live was born. Many posts are simply the thoughts and opinions of a young women who is doing her best, but there are some post that are centered around disability advocacy, as Cathleen lives with a mild case of Spastic Cerebral Palsy. Cathleen also has interest in psychology, literature, politics, Autism and other developmental disorders, so many of these things may be discussed in posts. Though, Cathleen would love if something posted in Trying to Write Love and Live caused a reader to think, and has nothing against a kindhearted debate, any abusive comments will be deleted quickly.
Happy reading!
